A. About the Quest
- What is the Last Reset: The Time Loop?
It is a self-guided physical and digital quest across the Bras Basah – Bugis precinct. You will help Ryan break a time loop by completing five location-based missions on everyday financial missions on everyday financial decisions.
2. How does the Quest work?
The Quest is played across five checkpoints. At each location, follow the story, complete the activity using the clues provided, and submit your answer through FormSG. A correct answer will unlock the next checkpoint.
3. Can I play by myself?
Yes. The Quest is designed to be played solo and is self-guided. You may also walk the route with friends while submitting individually.
B. Before You Start
4. Do I need to register?
Yes. Please register through the FLEX Events page to receive details about the Quest. Use the same email address for registration, gameplay, and reward redemption.
5. Is there a limit on the number of participants?
Yes. To make sure that most participants who complete the Quest have a chance to redeem a reward, we are keeping participation numbers limited. If registrations are full, you will be placed on a waitlist. We will notify you by email once a space becomes available so you can join the Quest.
6. Is there a participation fee?
No. Participation is free of charge.
7. What should I bring?
Bring a charged mobile phone, water, and comfortable footwear.
8. Do I have to visit the Checkpoints in order?
Yes. Complete the Checkpoints in sequence as each correct response unlocks the next location clue.
C. Gameplay and Partners
9. Why do I need to login with Singpass?
To give everyone a fair chance to participate, each person may only submit each form once. Logging in through Singpass helps us ensure this. However, your NRIC and Singpass details will not be collected.
10. What should I do if I accidentally close the form?
Reopen the form using the same link and continue using on the same device and browser. You can resume where you left off if you have previously saved your progress.
11. I completed a checkpoint. Why can’t I proceed?
Check that you have answered every mandatory question and entered the correct answer(s). Review the clue provided and try again.
12. What if the partner outlet is closed?
For Room To Imagine, the activity is designed to remain accessible digitally even when the outlet is closed. Look for the displayed poster and follow the FormSG instructions. For Petals & Peak and Waterloo Coffee & Matcha, if they are closed, you may return another day to complete the Quest and redeem your rewards.
13. Do I need to make a purchase at the partner outlets?
No purchases are required. Purchases linked to partner discounts are optional.
14. Is the route accessible for participants with mobility needs?
The Quest takes place mostly along established pedestrian pathways and level grounds. However, some checkpoint locations may have steps or stairs. As the Quest is self-guided, participants are welcome to proceed at a pace that is comfortable for them and take breaks along the way. We encourage participants to prioritise their safety and well-being throughout the experience.
15. What if it rains or the weather is unsafe?
Pause the Quest and seek shelter. Resume only when it is safe to do so.
D. Rewards

Rewards are available for the first 500 participants who complete the Quest. Once the redemption limit is reached, no further rewards will be issued.
