CPF contributions apply to your first $102,000 of total wages each year.

That’s made up of 2 types of wages:

Ordinary Wages (up to $8,000/month)

  • Your regular monthly/weekly wages
  • Any ordinary wages above $8,000/month don’t contribute to your CPF savings

Additional Wages

  • For example, performance bonuses, overtime pay, commissions, meal and transport allowances, etc
  • Once you hit the yearly cap of $102,000 through your Ordinary Wages, any Additional Wages won’t attract CPF contributions
